The lighthouse deck on Jupiter Inlet
The Blue Mind Reset is designed to help you slow you down, experience a blue mind state, restore some balance and meet new people.
Our well-being and the well-being of local waterways are deeply connected.
Let yourself pause and reset by the Jupiter Inlet with a blend of a mini-ecotalk, restorative stretches, guided meditation and a dreamy sound bath. We save the last 20 minutes to spend time together, share our water stories and take in the beauty of this special location. Leave relaxed and ready to carry the healing benefits of blue mind with you throughout the week.
Haven’t heard of Blue Mind yet? Let us introduce you to a way of feeling more calm, creative, balanced and connected. We are creating a new path for coastal conservation by recognizing that when we take care of ourselves we are able to take better care of the earth.
The Blue Mind Reset program was created by Linda Emerson to grow the Blue Mind Movement and appreciate the physical, mental, emotional and cognitive benefits we experience when we connect with “blue spaces” like the ocean, river, inlet and lagoon.
Everyone is welcome!
